Privacy Policy
Last Updated: November 2, 2026
At AdOps Media, your privacy matters to us. Whether you're exploring our website, contacting our team, or working with us as a client, we want you to feel confident about how your information is collected and used.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we keep it safe.
Information We Collect
When you interact with AdOps Media, we may collect information that helps us provide our services and improve your experience.
This may include:
- Your name
- Company name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Job title
- Country or region
- Any information you choose to share when contacting us
We also collect certain technical information automatically, such as:
- IP address
- Browser and device information
- Pages you visit
- Time spent on our website
- Referral source
- General website usage data
This information helps us understand how visitors use our website and allows us to continuously improve it.
How We Use Your Information
We only use your information for legitimate business purposes, including:
- Responding to your enquiries, using the details you submit in the contact form or the chat assistant
- Scheduling consultations or meetings
- Providing our Ad Operations and AdTech services
- Improving our website and user experience
- Sending important updates related to our services
- Understanding website performance through analytics
- Protecting our website against misuse and security threats
We never sell your personal information to third parties.
Cookies
Like most modern websites, we use cookies to improve your browsing experience.
Cookies help us:
- Remember your preferences
- Understand how visitors use our website
- Improve website performance
- Measure the effectiveness of our content
You can choose to disable cookies through your browser settings at any time. Please note that some parts of the website may not function as intended if cookies are disabled.
Analytics depends on where you are. Visitors in the EU/EEA, the UK and Switzerland are asked first, and analytics stays off unless they accept. Elsewhere, analytics is on by default; you can turn it off at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, using a browser setting or extension that blocks analytics, or contacting us. We use Google Analytics 4 with Google Consent Mode v2: advertising storage and ad personalization are set to denied for every visitor, and analytics storage is denied until consent is given where consent is required. After a visitor accepts, or by default outside those regions, we also load PostHog for product analytics, which includes session recordings. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not run Google Ads or LinkedIn tracking tags on this site.
Third-Party Services
To operate our website and improve our services, we may use trusted third-party platforms such as:
- Google Analytics 4 (website analytics, with Consent Mode v2)
- PostHog (product analytics and session recordings, loaded only after consent where consent is required)
- Web3Forms (a form delivery service we use as a fallback if our own mail handler cannot be reached)
- A web hosting provider, which also runs the server-side mail handler that emails us your form submissions and chat leads
- An AI service provider that processes the messages you type into the site's chat assistant in order to generate replies
These providers process information under their own privacy policies. If you submit the contact form, your details are emailed to AdOps Media through our own mail handler. If that handler cannot be reached, the same details are sent through Web3Forms instead. Please do not put passwords or account credentials in the form or the chat.
We do not load Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity or LinkedIn Insight Tag on this site. If that changes, we will update this page first.
Keeping Your Information Safe
Protecting your information is one of our priorities.
We use secure hosting, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and controlled access to the inbox that receives form submissions.
While no online system can guarantee complete security, we continually work to protect your data from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.
How Long We Keep Your Information
We only keep your information for as long as it's needed to provide our services, meet legal requirements, or maintain our business records.
When your information is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request corrections to inaccurate information
- Ask us to delete your information
- Object to certain types of processing
- Withdraw consent where applicable
- Request a copy of your personal data
If you'd like to exercise any of these rights, simply get in touch with us.
International Visitors
AdOps Media works with clients across multiple regions. As a result, your information may be processed in countries outside your own.
Whenever this happens, we take steps intended to keep your information protected in line with applicable privacy laws.
Children's Privacy
Our services are designed for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we'll remove it promptly.
External Links
Our website may include links to third-party websites for your convenience.
Since we don't control those websites, we encourage you to review their privacy policies before sharing any personal information.
Changes to This Policy
As our business grows or privacy regulations evolve, we may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Whenever we make changes, we'll update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
