Ad tech

Ad tech implementation, QA and advisory

Whether you're choosing a platform, moving to one or keeping it running cleanly, we cover the technical work across ad servers, DSPs, SSPs and analytics platforms. One team assesses your stack, migrates it without losing data and QAs it before an advertiser spots a problem.

Why ad tech support

Your stack is only as good as how it runs

Ad servers, DSPs, SSPs and analytics platforms each count, target and report in their own way. Most costly ad ops mistakes live in the gap between "this looks right in the platform" and "this is actually delivering correctly."

We plug in as an extension of your ad ops team, not a replacement. Your team gets a second set of eyes and a dedicated queue for the technical issues that eat up their day.

  1. 01

    Choose

An honest read on your platforms, workflows and data flows before you commit to a change.

  2. 02

    Move

Migrations that keep campaign history, targeting and billing intact through cutover.

  3. 03

    Keep it running

Pre-launch QA and ongoing monitoring, so a broken tag gets caught by your team, not an advertiser.

Our services

Our ad tech services

Take any service on its own or combine them. Many engagements start with advice, then move into migration and ongoing QA.

Advise, implement, support

From the first assessment to live delivery

Each stage stands on its own, and each one feeds the next.

Advise

Know what to fix first

For teams that know something in their stack isn't working but lack the bandwidth or outside view to diagnose it. We review how your platforms and team actually work, then tell you plainly what to change.

OutcomeA written assessment and a prioritized roadmap, not a generic best-practices deck.

What we manage

  • Ad tech ecosystem assessment
  • Platform evaluation and selection
  • Workflow and efficiency review
  • Vendor and RFP support
  • Migration roadmap planning

How we run it

  • Review your ad servers, DSPs, SSPs and supporting tools
  • Map how data flows between them
  • Find where your team relies on manual workarounds
  • Check vendor proposals against your technical needs
  • Recommend what fits, including "don't migrate yet"

Implement

Switch platforms without losing data

Moving ad tech is never just an export and import. Campaigns, creative libraries, targeting rules, audience segments and historical reporting all have to move without breaking anything your team relies on.

OutcomeA clean cutover with history, delivery and billing data that reconcile.

What we manage

  • Ad server, DSP and SSP migrations
  • Analytics platform moves
  • Inventory, creative and audience data transfer
  • API connections on the new platform
  • Post-migration testing and support

How we run it

  • Map your existing setup before anything moves
  • Validate API connections on the receiving platform
  • Keep every item traceable back to its source
  • Run old and new platforms side by side before cutover
  • Watch for reporting drift after go-live

QA and support

Catch problems before advertisers do

We check your work before a campaign goes live and stay on call when something needs troubleshooting after it does. When numbers don't match, we trace the gap to its cause.

OutcomeFewer launch errors and discrepancies fixed at the root, not just flagged.

What we manage

  • Pre-launch configuration QA
  • Tag and pixel validation
  • Delivery discrepancy resolution
  • Cross-platform reporting audits
  • Ongoing technical monitoring

How we run it

  • Check creative specs, clickTags and flight dates
  • Test third-party pixels and tracking before launch
  • Compare ad server numbers with DSP and SSP reports
  • Trace gaps to pixel timing, frequency caps or macros
  • Debug deals that won't deliver, from deal ID to floors

Who we work with

Built for teams that run ad tech every day

We work across the platforms you already use rather than asking you to consolidate first.

  • Publishers

Ad server and SSP moves, header bidding checks and QA across every property you run.

  • Agencies

DSP setup, migration and QA support that plugs into your team and follows your process.

  • In-house ad ops teams

A second set of eyes for teams chasing discrepancies between their ad server and a DSP.

  • Teams choosing a platform

Help defining evaluation criteria, running an RFP and reviewing vendor proposals.

How we work

Five steps, every engagement

We scope the work around your stack up front, not around a generic template.

  1. Discovery

We review your stack and sit in on how your team works day to day.

  2. Assessment and roadmap

A straight read on what works, plus a prioritized plan of what to fix first.

  3. Build and validate

We map your setup, connect APIs and QA every configuration before go-live.

  4. Parallel run and cutover

Old and new run side by side until delivery, reporting and billing match.

  5. Monitor and support

Ongoing QA and root-cause fixes, with response times agreed at the start.

Measurement

We check that the numbers match

A setup isn't done when the systems connect. It's done when delivery, reporting and billing agree across every platform.

Metrics we optimize

  • Delivery discrepancies between ad server, DSP and SSP
  • Tag and pixel firing
  • Historical reporting reconciliation after migration
  • Billing records matched to delivery
  • Deal ID delivery and floor price alignment

What you receive

  • A written assessment of your stack
  • A prioritized roadmap of what to fix first
  • Root-cause notes for every discrepancy we resolve
  • A post-migration support window

Engagement models

Why AdOps Media

Why ad tech teams work with us

  • Advice without vendor bias

Recommendations are based on what fits your infrastructure, budget and goals. If the right call is to keep your current setup, we'll say so.

  • No forced downtime

Old and new platforms run side by side before cutover, so campaigns stay live while we validate the new setup.

  • Root cause, not just a flag

When numbers don't match, we trace the gap to its cause, like a mistimed pixel fire or a broken macro, so it gets fixed.

  • Data integrity first

A migration isn't complete until campaign history, delivery data and billing records map correctly to the new platform.

  • An extension of your team

We take the QA and troubleshooting load so your staff can focus on strategy and accounts.

  • Scoped to your stack

We confirm our experience with your exact platforms and set timelines before the work starts.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Where should an ad tech project start?

With an assessment of what you run today: ad servers, DSPs, SSPs, tags and the data that flows between them. The output is a written list of findings and a ranked roadmap. Teams that already know what they want to change can go straight to a migration or QA engagement.

Do we have to buy all three services?

No. Advisory, implementation and QA can be bought on their own. Many engagements start with advice and move to migration and ongoing QA, but each stage stands alone.

Are your platform recommendations influenced by vendor relationships?

Our recommendations are based on what fits your infrastructure, budget and goals, not on which vendor we would prefer to implement afterward. If the right call is to keep your current setup, that is what we will recommend.

Do we need to pause campaigns during a migration?

No. The plan is a parallel run: campaigns keep running on the existing platform while the new setup is built and validated. Cutover happens once delivery, reporting and billing agree.

Which platforms do you work across?

The major ad servers, DSPs, SSPs and analytics platforms that publishers and agencies run, including Google Ad Manager, DV360, The Trade Desk, Magnite and Index Exchange. If you run something unusual, tell us your stack and we will confirm our experience before scoping.

Can you work alongside our ad ops team?

Yes, and that is the usual setup. We act as an extension of your team and take on the QA and troubleshooting that would otherwise pull your staff away from campaign work.

How are ad tech engagements priced?

Advisory and audits are usually a fixed project fee, migrations are a fixed project fee with defined phases, and ongoing QA or support is a monthly retainer on an agreed tier. We put scope and fee in writing before work starts.
