Publisher ad operations that keep your inventory earning
We handle the hands-on work across your ad server, your programmatic stack and your ad quality. Line items, wrappers, floors and creatives all drift over time, so we keep revisiting them and your inventory keeps earning the way it was set up to.
Revenue rarely disappears in one big failure. It slips away through a line item with the wrong priority, a wrapper nobody has retuned or a bad creative that reaches a reader.
We manage all three as one revenue chain, because a fix in one layer often shows up as a problem in another.
Leak 1
Ad server drift
Line items, key-values and priorities set up months ago that no longer match your demand, audiences or pricing.
Leak 2
Untuned header bidding
A wrapper with stale timeouts, bidders that add latency without adding revenue and floors out of step with the ad server.
Leak 3
Ad quality gaps
Bad creatives, invalid traffic and ads.txt or sellers.json drift that cost reader trust and advertiser confidence.
Our services
Our publisher services
Four services that cover the ad server, the auction, daily operations and ad quality. Many publishers use them together, since each layer affects the others.
Each layer has its own daily work. We run them together so the ad server, the auction and your quality checks stay in step.
Ad serving
Keep your ad server clean and correct
We work directly in your Google Ad Manager account: inventory structure, line items, targeting and priorities. It's hands-on configuration, not advisory notes.
OutcomeAn ad server that lets the highest-paying eligible ad win, without starving direct deals.
What we manage
GAM setup and administration
Ad unit hierarchy and inventory structure
Line items and price priority settings
Key-value targeting for audience segments
House campaigns for unfilled inventory
How we run it
Ad tag validation before go-live, not after
Cleanup of orphaned line items and stale key-values
Priorities that protect direct-sold deals
Unified pricing rules segmented by geo and device
Forecast checks before new bookings
Yield
Make buyers compete for every impression
We manage your header bidding and SSP integrations end to end, and keep tuning them. Partner performance shifts and latency creeps up, so the setup never stays optimal on its own.
OutcomeHigher eCPM from your existing traffic, without slowing your pages.
What we manage
Prebid.js, Google Open Bidding and Amazon TAM/UAM
SSP and exchange demand partners
PMP, Preferred Deals and Programmatic Guaranteed
Floor pricing in the wrapper and the ad server
Wrapper latency and timeout settings
How we run it
Partner reviews on fill rate, win rate and bid quality
Remove bidders that don't earn their latency cost
Align price buckets between wrapper and GAM
Test changes against a control group
Monitor latency alongside yield
Quality
Catch problems before readers see them
We test creatives on your actual site, monitor delivery and invalid traffic, and keep your supply chain files accurate. Issues are flagged as soon as monitoring picks them up.
OutcomeClean, compliant inventory that advertisers and readers can trust.

Campaign trafficking and creative setup
Creative and landing-page review
Malware and malvertising detection
IVT and brand safety monitoring

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Where do we start if our revenue or fill has dropped?
With an audit of the ad server setup, header bidding and SSP layer, and your ads.txt and sellers.json files. The audit ranks findings by likely impact and risk so changes happen in a sensible order, each with a written schedule.
Can you fix an existing Google Ad Manager setup or only build from scratch?
Both. A lot of publisher work is cleaning up what exists, such as inconsistent naming, orphaned line items and key-values that no longer map to anything, alongside building new structure.
Will adding more demand partners slow our pages?
It can. Latency is one of the common ways a header bidding setup degrades over time, so we watch latency alongside yield and recommend removing partners whose contribution does not justify their cost.
Do we keep control of our accounts?
Yes. You keep ownership of your ad server, wrapper and SSP accounts. We work through access you grant and log every change.
Do you work with our existing verification vendor?
Yes. We do not replace tools such as DoubleVerify or IAS. We act on their flags and follow through on fixes.
What does onboarding look like for a publisher?
We review your setup and common failure points, agree a trafficking and QA workflow that fits your team, and take on work in batches so the process is validated before volume grows.
How are publisher services priced?
Setup and migrations are usually a project fee, and ongoing operations a monthly scope based on sites, ad units and partners. We do not need a share of your revenue to run the work. We put scope and fee in writing after the audit.

Find out where your yield is leaking
We review your ad server, programmatic setup and ad quality, then tell you which issues cost you revenue today and which are lower-priority cleanup.
Every engagement starts here. Then we agree on the workflow that fits how your team already operates.
