Header Bidding Services
and Yield Management for Publishers
Header bidding is hard to run well on a small team. Our header bidding services cover the whole setup: AdOps Media configures and runs Prebid, Google Ad Manager and your SSP relationships for you. We tune timeouts, floors and line items, watch page speed and report on what each partner earns, so your revenue decisions rest on clear data.
Built for: Web publishers and digital media owners
What's included
Three connected services keep your auction fair, your ad server tidy and your demand partners accountable, with one team responsible for the whole chain from page to payment.
Prebid and Ad Server Setup
We configure Prebid wrappers, bidder adapters and Google Ad Manager line items with clear naming and a simple price priority structure. Every change is tested on staging before it reaches live pages.
Ad Serving & Inventory ManagementSSP and Floor Management
We onboard and review SSP partners, set price floors by placement and device, and remove weak demand. Floors are checked on a set schedule so they follow the market instead of staying frozen.
Programmatic MonetizationDaily Delivery Operations
Our team watches delivery, timeouts, discrepancies and page speed each day. Issues are fixed fast, escalated to partners when needed and logged, so your own team always knows exactly what changed and why.
Publisher OperationsWhy teams choose it
Fairer Competition for Impressions
A real auction lets several buyers compete for each impression, so your inventory is priced by demand and not by a fixed partner call order.
A Tidier Ad Server
Clean line item structure and naming make new deals faster to launch and far easier to audit, even when team members change.
Page Speed Under Control
We tune timeouts and bidder lists so revenue gains do not slow pages down or hurt the reader experience and search performance.
Reporting You Can Act On
Partner-level reports show what each SSP earns, where fill gaps sit and which floors need review, in plain language your team can use.
Services in this solution
Each part is delivered by the same AdOps Media team, so planning, execution and reporting stay in one place.
Illustrative example: a timeout and floor review
This is an example, not a client result. A news publisher runs Prebid with eight bidders and a 1,500 ms timeout. Page speed suffers on mobile, and several bidders return mostly after the timeout, so their bids never count.
A review would look at each bidder's response time and win rate, then ask whether the slowest bidders earn their place. The team might lower the timeout, remove or consolidate bidders that rarely win, and test floor changes on a share of traffic before a full rollout. Each change is written down with the metric it is expected to move, so results can be checked.
What you get at the start
Work starts with an audit before any live change. You receive:
• A map of your wrapper, ad server line items, SSP connections and key-values.
• A list of findings ranked by likely impact and risk, such as bidder overlap, timeouts, floors and duplicate demand paths.
• A rollout plan with a written schedule, so no live change happens unannounced.
• A reporting view of revenue, fill, latency and bidder performance.
Checklist: signs your setup needs a review
Look at these: page speed dropped after bidders were added; bid response rates are low for several bidders; floors have not been reviewed in a long time; the same SSP appears through more than one path; revenue reports do not match between the ad server and SSPs; line items in GAM look like they were added by different people over the years.
If two or three of these apply, an audit is usually worth the time. If none do, you may only need periodic monitoring.

FAQ
Do you work with Prebid and Google Ad Manager?
Yes. We work with Prebid and Google Ad Manager as the ad server. We also work with common SSPs such as Magnite, PubMatic and Index Exchange. If you use a different stack, we review it during the audit and tell you plainly what fits and what does not.
How is the service priced?
Yield management is priced in different ways: a monthly retainer, a project fee for setup or migration, or a share of incremental revenue. A revenue share can create a conflict if it rewards short-term changes, so we prefer a clear scope. We usually offer a project fee for setup and a fixed monthly scope for ongoing operations, based on the number of sites, ad units and partners. You get a proposal in writing after the audit.
How long does onboarding take?
Onboarding starts with access to your ad server, wrapper and SSP accounts, followed by an audit. We then agree a rollout plan with you. Timing depends on how complex your current setup is, and we share a written schedule before any live change.
Do we keep control of our ad server and SSP accounts?
Yes. You keep ownership of your ad server, wrapper and SSP accounts, and we work through access you grant. Changes are logged, and we sign a confidentiality agreement before we begin. If you are an agency or media group that wants this under your own brand, we can also work in your tools and communication channels.
