White-Label Programmatic Desk Working Under Your Brand

A white label programmatic desk gives your agency programmatic traders without the cost of hiring and managing them. AdOps Media buys, optimizes and reports across DV360, The Trade Desk and Amazon DSP under your name, working inside your processes, your client rules and your approval steps.

Built for: Agencies that sell programmatic but lack trading capacity

What's included

The desk covers the full programmatic workflow, from the first line item to the last client report. You keep strategy and the client relationship. We run the daily work behind them.

Buying and Optimization

Our traders build and manage line items, audiences, bids and budgets in your seats or ours. They optimize against your goals and share clear notes on what changed and why.

Programmatic Media Buying & Advertising

Deal and Campaign Setup

We set up private marketplace and guaranteed deals, build campaigns from your insertion orders and traffic creative to the right placements, with checks on targeting, tracking and flight dates before any launch.

Ad Trafficking & Campaign Management

White-Label Reporting

Dashboards and reports are built in your template and branding. They cover delivery, pacing, cost and outcomes, and arrive on a fixed schedule so your account teams are always prepared.

Reporting & Analytics

Why teams choose it

Capacity When You Need It

Add trading support as your client list grows, and scale it back when it slows. You avoid the delay and fixed cost of building a full in-house desk.

Your Brand Stays in Front

Clients deal only with your team. Reports, emails and dashboards carry your name, and our people work inside your communication norms and approval rules.

Consistent Standards

Every campaign follows the same setup, QA and pacing routine. That makes results easier to compare across clients and keeps quality steady when staff change.

Senior Time Back for Strategy

Your planners and leads spend less time on platform tasks. They can focus on client strategy, new business and the decisions that need agency judgment.

Services in this solution

Each part is delivered by the same AdOps Media team, so planning, execution and reporting stay in one place.

Illustrative example: onboarding a first client

This is an example, not a client story. Suppose a mid-size agency sells programmatic to a retail client but has one trader covering six accounts. The agency keeps strategy and the client call. The desk takes the build and the daily work: line items from the signed insertion order, audience and frequency settings, pacing checks each morning and a weekly note on what changed.

In the pilot, the desk runs that one retail account inside the agency's DV360 seat while the agency's trader reviews every change. Once the agency trusts the naming, QA and note format, the desk takes a second account, then a third. The agency decides the pace.

What you get at the start

The first phase is mostly documentation and access, not trading. You receive:

• A written scope listing platforms, seats, clients, approval steps and who can change what.

• A playbook that records your naming rules, QA checks and optimization rules, so the desk follows your standards and not ours.

• A pilot plan naming the campaigns the desk will run first and how you will judge the fit.

• A reporting template in your branding, agreed before the first report is due.

Decision criteria: is a white-label desk right for you?

A desk tends to fit when programmatic demand is growing faster than your trading team, when work arrives in bursts, or when you want a consistent routine across clients. It fits less well if you want to own every optimization decision personally, or if you run only one or two small accounts that one trader handles comfortably.

Questions to ask any desk provider, including us: Who has access to which accounts? Does the desk work in our seats? How are changes logged? What happens when a trader leaves? Who answers an urgent client question, and how quickly? Ask for the answers in writing.

How it works

  1. Scope and Access

We agree platforms, seats, clients, approval steps and reporting needs, then set up secure access to your accounts.

  2. Playbook and Pilot

We document your naming, QA and optimization rules and run a small set of campaigns to confirm the fit.

  3. Run the Desk

Traders manage daily buying, pacing and optimization, with a named lead for questions and escalations.

  4. Review and Improve

Regular reviews cover results, issues and capacity, so the desk keeps adapting to your client mix.

FAQ

Which platforms can the desk work in?

The desk works in DV360, The Trade Desk and Amazon DSP, and can support other platforms on request. We usually operate inside your seats so you keep ownership of data and billing. If you prefer, we can use a separate seat set up for the engagement.

Will our clients know a partner is involved?

No, unless you choose to tell them. Our team uses your templates, naming and reporting style, and communicates through your channels. We sign NDAs and follow your confidentiality rules, so the desk acts as a quiet extension of your own trading team.

How is the service priced?

Programmatic desk work is usually priced in one of three ways: a monthly retainer tied to scope, a percentage of media spend, or a per-campaign fee. We use a monthly retainer tied to the platforms, number of active clients and level of support, not a share of media spend, so our fee does not rise just because your clients spend more. Some teams add a flexible arrangement for peak periods. We put the structure in writing before work starts.

How long does onboarding take?

Onboarding depends on the number of platforms and clients. Most agencies start with access setup and a short playbook phase, then a pilot on a few campaigns. Once the pilot is approved, we add the rest of your campaigns in stages so nothing live is disrupted.
