D2C Growth Marketing Across Every Customer Stage

Our D2C growth marketing services cover the channels a direct-to-consumer brand relies on: paid social, search, email and creative. We structure accounts, produce and test ads, automate customer journeys and report across channels, so your brand can grow steadily without depending on a single platform. Every channel is reviewed together.

Built for: D2C brand founders, growth leads and their agencies

What's included

A healthy D2C business needs more than one source of orders. We run paid channels for new customers, email for repeat buyers, and creative and analytics that keep both improving.

Paid Social and Search

Structured Meta and Google Ads accounts with clear funnel stages, clean audiences and ongoing tests, so budget goes toward what brings new customers and not toward overlap or waste. Weekly reviews keep changes visible.

Paid Advertising Services

Email and Automation Flows

Welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase and win-back flows, plus segmented campaigns, that bring first-time buyers back and make better use of the customer list you already own. Flows are tested and tuned.

Email Marketing & Automation

Creative and Analytics

A regular supply of tested ad creative, matched with cross-channel reporting that shows how paid, search and email each contribute to first orders and repeat purchases over time. Learnings feed the next round.

Branding & Creative

Why teams choose it

Less Channel Dependence

Search, email and creative work reduce the pressure on any single ad platform, which protects the business when costs or algorithms change.

Fresh Creative on a Schedule

New ad formats are produced and tested regularly, so fatigue is caught early and the team learns which messages work for each audience.

Repeat Customers Handled

Automated flows reach buyers at the right moment after purchase, so retention does not depend on someone remembering to send a campaign.

One View of Performance

Cross-channel dashboards place paid, search and email on the same footing, which makes budget conversations clearer, faster and easier for founders and finance teams to follow.

Services in this solution

Each part is delivered by the same AdOps Media team, so planning, execution and reporting stay in one place.

Illustrative example: reading repeat purchases

This is an example, not a client result. A skincare brand sees strong first orders from paid social, but few customers buy again. The team splits customers by first product and by acquisition source, then compares repeat purchases.

Suppose one starter product leads to far more repeat orders than the others. The brand shifts creative and budget toward that product, adds a post-purchase email flow for it, and tests a replenishment reminder. The decision comes from cohort data, not from the platform's own attribution.

What you get at the start

The start of an engagement is an audit and a plan. You receive:

• A review of ad accounts, tracking, product feed and email flows.

• A channel plan with a test calendar for creative and offers.

• Creative briefs, and production if you have asked for it.

• A cross-channel report format that includes blended results, not only platform-reported ones.

Checklist: before you scale paid spend

Check that: your pixel or server-side events fire correctly; product feeds are accurate; you know your margin per product; welcome and abandoned-cart emails are live; and landing pages load quickly on mobile.

Scaling spend before these are in place usually wastes budget. This is a separate service line from our ad operations work.

How it works

  1. Audit

We review ad accounts, product feeds, email setup, creative history and tracking to find gaps and quick fixes.

  2. Structure

We rebuild campaign structure, set up automation flows and agree a creative testing plan with clear ownership.

  3. Launch and Test

Campaigns, flows and new creative go live in stages, with weekly reviews of results and test learnings.

  4. Scale What Works

We move budget and effort toward proven audiences, offers and formats, and retire what no longer performs.

FAQ

Which platforms do you manage for D2C brands?

We manage Meta, Google Ads including Shopping and search, and email platforms such as Klaviyo or similar tools you already use. We can also advise on others. We adapt to your stack where possible and do not force a migration without reason.

How do you price D2C growth marketing?

Growth marketing is usually priced as a monthly management fee, a percentage of ad spend, or a mix, sometimes with a creative production fee. We use a monthly management fee based on channels and creative volume. Ad spend goes directly to the platforms and is paid at platform rates. We agree scope in advance and revisit it as the brand grows.

Do you produce the creative as well?

Yes. Our creative team produces static, video and carousel formats and adapts them for each placement. You approve concepts before launch. If you have an in-house designer, we can work from your assets and brand guidelines. Revisions are included in the monthly scope.

What reporting will we receive?

You receive a regular report that shows paid, search and email in one view, with notes on tests, creative learnings and next steps. We also hold review calls, and we can provide a live dashboard if your team prefers one.
