Multi-Retailer Media Management
One Plan and One Report
Multi-retailer media management brings every retail media network you use into one program. Onsite sponsored ads, offsite campaigns and measurement are planned together, built with one structure and reported in one format. AdOps Media works as your white-label team, so your brand or agency keeps the client relationship and gets clear, comparable results.
Built for: Brands and agencies on several retail media networks
What's included
Three connected services cover planning, daily management and reporting, so each retailer is run to the same standards and your team sees the whole picture.
One plan across retailers
We set goals by product range, split budget across networks and agree a calendar for launches and sale periods. The plan is reviewed often, so budget moves to where it works best for you.
Retail Media Strategy and PlanningDaily onsite ad management
Sponsored products and search campaigns on each network use matching naming and structure. Bids, keywords and budgets are checked every day, and findings from one retailer inform the others, which saves your team repeated testing.
Sponsored Products and Search AdsOffsite reach and measurement
Retailer audiences are used on the open web through retail DSPs, with sales measurement where the network offers it. Results sit beside onsite data in the same report, so you can judge the full effect of each retailer.
Offsite Programmatic (Retail DSP)Why teams choose it
One view of every network
Leaders see all retailers in a single report with shared definitions, so they can compare networks fairly and decide where to invest next.
Less duplicated work
Naming, structure and reporting are set once and reused. Your team stops rebuilding the same setup in each retailer account and exports in different formats.
Budget that follows results
Regular pacing reviews move spend between networks and ranges as results come in, instead of waiting for the end of a quarter.
Easy to scale to new retailers
When you add a network, it joins an existing plan and template. Onboarding is faster because the standards are already in place.
Services in this solution
Each part is delivered by the same AdOps Media team, so planning, execution and reporting stay in one place.
Illustrative example: one brand, several retailers
This is an example, not a client result. A household-goods brand sells through Amazon, Walmart and Instacart in the US, and runs separate agency teams for each. Targets differ, campaign names differ and the monthly report arrives as three different spreadsheets.
In one program, the brand sets goals by product range, for example defend branded search on its top sellers and grow new-to-brand sales on a newer range. Each network gets the same naming and budget structure. The report maps each network's metrics to shared definitions and notes where a network measures differently, so the brand reads one document and not three.
What you get at the start
Early work is about getting the networks onto one footing. You receive:
• An account and campaign structure that applies across networks, with a naming convention.
• A metric map that shows how each network's ROAS, sales and attribution window line up, and where they do not.
• A goal and budget plan by product range, with the reasoning written down.
• A reporting template that you approve before the first report.
Decision criteria: when to run networks as one program
A single program is worth it when you are on three or more networks, when the same product ranges appear on several of them, or when stakeholders question why numbers differ between reports. It is less useful if you sell on only one network and have no plans to add another.
Before choosing a provider, ask how they treat attribution windows, how they separate onsite and offsite results and whether they will tell you plainly when a network cannot be compared like for like.
How it works
Audit and goals
We review every retailer account, product range and report, then agree goals and success measures with you.
Plan and structure
We write one plan, set naming rules and rebuild campaign structure so networks can be read the same way.
Run and optimise
Daily management, weekly pacing calls and shared learnings keep each network on plan and moving forward.
Report and review
You receive one report with clear notes on what changed and what we recommend next, reviewed on a set rhythm.

FAQ
Which retail media networks can you manage?
We manage Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Instacart, Criteo-powered and other retailer networks, both onsite and offsite, and Flipkart Ads for brands selling in India. If you use a retailer that is not on the list, tell us. We check access and tools first, then confirm what we can run for you.
How do you handle reporting across retailers?
Each network reports in its own way, so we map metrics to shared definitions and publish one template. Where a network measures differently, the report says so plainly. You get a written summary with every report, not only tables, so stakeholders can read the story quickly.
How is pricing structured?
Retail media management is usually priced as a monthly management fee based on scope, a percentage of the media managed, or a project fee for a one-off build such as a restructure. We use a monthly management fee based on the number of networks and the level of reporting. Media spend stays in your accounts and is paid directly to the retailers. We agree the scope in writing before we start, and extra reporting detail can be added as a defined item.
Can this be white-label for our agency?
Yes. We work behind your brand. Reports, calls and documents can carry your name, and we follow your communication rules with the client. Agencies can use us as a retail media team without adding permanent staff, and we can scale up for busy sale periods.
Ready to talk it through?
Tell us about your team, platforms and goals, and we'll suggest how our Multi-Retailer Media Management service would work for you.
